PODMÍNKY
Objednávka:
Objednávky lze zaslat nejlépe on-line prostřednictvím internetu, e-mailem nebo telefonicky.
Příjezd a odjezd:
Pobyty začínají v sobotu od 15 do 19 hodin a končí v sobotu do 10 hodin. Pozdější
příjezd v případě mimořádného zdržení je třeba nahlásit telefonicky na tel. který
je uveden na poukaze.
Rezervace:
Rezervace je platná po obdržení 30% zálohy a je potvrzena zasláním poukazu. Doplatek
v plné výši je třeba uhradit nejpozději do 20 dnů před začátkem pobytu.
Rezervační poplatek je nutné uhradit do 10 dnů od obdržení potvrzení rezervace.
Storno podmínky:
Při zrušení pobytu ze strany zákazníka platí tyto poplatky:
Zrušíte-li pobyt do 45 dnů před zahájením pobytu - bez poplatku
Zrušíte-li pobyt 44 - 20 dnů před zahájením pobytu - stornopoplatek 20 procent z
celkové ceny
Zrušíte-li pobyt 19 - 10 dnů před zahájením pobytu - stornopoplatek 50 procent z
celkové ceny
Zrušíte-li pobyt 9 - 0 dnů před zahájením pobytu - stornopoplatek 100 procent z
celkové ceny
Stornování pobytu je možné pouze písemně - emailem. Rozhodující je datum doručení.
Storno bude obratem potvrzeno písemně.
Neoznámí-li nájemce své požadavky ihned, ztrácí nárok na pozdější eventuální odškodnění.
Cena:
Cena zahrnuje ubytování, spotřebu elektrického proudu, vody, topení, povlečení lůžek,
použití ručníků, osušek, utěrek a toaletních potřeb. Výměna povlečení, ručníků,
osušek a utěrek standardně 1 x týdně.
K ceně je nutné připočítat místní rekreační poplatek.
Cena nezahrnuje pojištění, dopravu ani stravování.
Kauce:
Při začátku pobytu vybíráme od hostů kauci ve výši 2.000,- Kč, která je vratná po
ukončení pobytu a předání apartmánu bez závad.
Informace o způsobu placení:
Platba se provádí předem a to těmito způsoby:
1) v Kč pře přebírání poštovní dobírky s voucherem,
kterou Vám zašleme na základě Vaší objednávky
2) v Kč bankovním převodem na účet

Bestellungen
Die Bestellungen kann man am besten
durch Internet, durch e-mail oder man kann rufen unter unser Telefonnummer.
Ankunf und Antritt
Ankunft am Samstag zwischen 15.00 und
19.00 Uhr, Antritt am Samstag bis 10.00 Uhr. Spätere Anreise im Falle der außerordentlichen
Verspätung muß telefonisch angemeldet werden. Telefonmummer ist auf dem Bezugschein
angeführt.
Reservierung
Die Reservierung ist nach dem Erhalt
von 30% Vorschuß gültig, die Bestätigung erfolgt durch Bezugscheinversandt. Der
Zahlungrest muß spätestens bis 20 Tage vor dem Aufenthaltbeginn bezahlt worden.

Die Stornierung des Aufenthaltes ist nur schriftlich möglich – per E-Mail.
Maßgeblich ist das Zustellungsdatum. Die Stornierung wird umgehend schriftlich bestätigt
Preis
Der Preis schließt in sich die Unterkunft,
der Strom- und Wasserverbrauch, das Heitzen,
die Verwendung der Bettwäsche, Hantücher, Abtrockner, Geschirtücher und die Toilettensachen.
Der Bettwäsche-, Handtücher-, Abtrockner- und Geschirtücheraustausch gewöhnlich
einmal in der Woche.
Preis ohne lokal Erholungsgebühr, Versicherung, Verkehr und Verpflegung
Pfand
Wir beheben von den Gästen das Pfand
in der Höhe von 100EUR, das nach dem Aufenthaltabschluß und einwandfreie Appartementübergabe
rückbezahlt wird.

CONDITIONS
Order
You can forward us your order either by our on-line
reservation form on the internet, by e-mail or you can call us on our phone number
given above.
Arrival & departure
The weekly stays always begin on Saturdays. Normally
the arrival is between 3 to 7 p.m. The departure is next Saturday until 10 a.m.
In case of later arrival (e.g. due to severe travel conditions in winter) it is
necessary to call and inform us on our phone number given in your Voucher.
Reservation
The reservation starts to be valid after we obtain
your 30% advance payment to our bank account. It is confirmed by a Voucher that
we send to you immediately afterwards. The rest of the sum it is necessary to settle
not later than 20 days before your arrival.
The reservation fee is necessary to pay 10 days
on receipt of reservation confirmation.
Cancellation Conditions
more than 45 days before arrival - no cancellation fees will be charged
44 - 20 days before arrival - 20% of total amount will be charged
19 - 10 days before arrival - 50% of total amount will be charged
9 - 0 days before arrival - 100% of total amount will be charged
It is possible to cancel the reservation only in written form - by e-mail. Deciding
is the date of delivery of this cancellation. The cancellation will be confirm to
you by return in written form.
Price
The price include one week accommodation, electricity,
heating, cold/warm water, bed-clothing, towels and hand driers and toilet articles.
The change of bed-clothing, towels and hand driers is normally provided once a week.
The prices do not include local local recreational
fee, any insurance, travel costs nor board.
Deposit
Please note, that we collect from our guests 100EUR
key-money. The key-money is, of course, returned to you on your departure
if everything in the apartment is O.K.
